In 2007 we published our first calendar to raise funds for water wells in Kenya after we heard of the Kenya Peace Museum and the work of Samuel Thomas.

Our members came together and raised almost $10,000. We were thrilled with the support of our community and the success of our first project. And the calendar was pretty fabulous too!

The calendar showcased the fabulous work of 13 of our members.

In addition we had over a dozen amazing sponsors who contributed the funds to cover the cost of the printing. Without seeing the calendar they trusted our enthusiasm and provided the cash up front! With that, all money raised could go to the African Water Project.
